Why I started

When first starting in the sports media world, you are warned about the different possibilities that can/will happen with coaches and players. You are told it is just part of the job and thats how men are. That should never be an excuse, this shouldn't be apart of life. As a women in the creator world, I have gone through being sexualized due to my gender. This isn't a problem that we can find a solution over night, it will take time. I want this change to be something where in 50 years down the road we look back and say "wow we have made a change."
